Key Responsibilities:
Brand Promotion & Awareness:
Actively promote the companys brand, products, and services to the target audience.
Create and maintain a positive brand image by engaging with customers at events, retail locations, or through digital channels.
Conduct in-store, event-based, and promotional activities to drive brand visibility and attract customers.
Distribute marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, samples, and promotional giveaways to drive engagement.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
Engage with potential customers, answer questions, and provide information about the companys products or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Educate consumers about the brands values, product features, and benefits, creating a memorable brand experience.
Market Research & Feedback:
Gather customer feedback and insights on the brand, products, and customer needs to report to the marketing team.
Monitor competitor activities and trends to inform the brands promotional strategies.
Provide regular reports on customer interactions, product reception, and promotional success.
Sales Support:
Assist in increasing product sales through effective promotion and interaction with customers.
