Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Prioritize Health and Safety : Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by strictly adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Technical Support : Provide remote technical support to US and Canadian employees related to IT issues.
- Hardware and Software Support : Assist users with installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
- Network and VPN Support : Resolve network and VPN connectivity issues.
- Account Management : Authenticate users, reset passwords, and unlock accounts.
- O365 Support : Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook and Teams.
- Printer Support : Configure new printers and troubleshoot printer-related issues.
- Mobile Device Support : Configure Apple devices and assist users with application setup.
- Ticket Management : Create, update, and close ServiceNow tickets within defined SLAs.
- Ad-hoc Tasks : Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the business needs.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Strong understanding of IT support fundamentals, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and O365 applications.
- Understanding of network protocols and VPN technologies
