WebMob Technologies - System Administrator - Network Support (2-4 yrs)

Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Maintain on-premises server hardware and software (Windows, Linux).

- Configure and manage VPNs for secure remote access.

- Provide remote desktop support and troubleshoot applications.

- Manage user accounts and access controls for network security.

- Implement security policies and monitor SIEM tools.

- Administer G Suite and Microsoft 365, including email servers.

- Perform regular data backups and ensure efficient restores in NAS

- Monitor server performance for optimal uptime.

- Implement and manage virtualization technologies (e.g, VMware, Hyper-V) for efficient resource utilization and server consolidation.

- Install and update operating systems and software.

- Manage vendor relationships for IT systems and software procurement.

- Set up new systems and perform system configuration.

Technical Support :

- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems for end-users.

- Document technical procedures and solutions.

Qualifications :

- A+ certification or equivalent experience.

- Knowledge of network security concepts.

- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and remote desktop tools.

- Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft 365 admin.

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
