Admission Counsellor

The Counselor at Chandigarh University plays a pivotal role in providing guidance and support to prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Counseling and Guidance:

Provide in-depth counseling and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding academic programs, admission criteria, scholarships, and other university-related matters.

Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and informative manner.

Admission Process:

Assist students in completing applications and understanding the admission process.

Review application documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate with the admission team to facilitate smooth application processing.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the university's academic programs, course offerings, and any changes in admission requirements.

Educate prospective students about the university's offerings and advantages.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and inquiries.

Utilize the university's CRM system to manage student data and communication.

Customer Service:

Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues with empathy and professionalism.

Handle escalated inquiries and provide resolutions.

Reporting:

Prepare reports on inquiry and counseling data, including conversion rates and other relevant metrics.
