Engineer/ Senior Engineer IT

- Firewall Management and related devices maintenance [by keeping in mind that organization data/information security would not compromise]

- Server Management (File Server, Backup Server, Domain Controller, ERP Server, Hyper-V), monitoring, security, and related feasibility checks

- Daily backup, schedule and related devices proper functioning, monitoring etc…

- Network monitoring (Fiber, Wireless, Routers, Switches), performance, and related devices proper functioning [by keeping in mind that organization data/information security would not compromise] at the rate of zero tolerance level

- Systems related issues (including allotment, software installation, domain assignment, Group Policies applicability checks)

- Prioritizing the tasks and issues as per the severity or as assigned by the HOD and solution within the time frame [by keeping in mind that any issue should not kept unattended more than 24 man hours.]

- Requirement analysis, recommended configuration for the systems/devices which comes under IT functions (discussion with IT service suppliers in case of technical understanding required/needed)

- Password management for Domain Users, Email Users, and other administrative services (like firewall, servers, admin panels etc…)

- IT related accessories, inventories and applications License/Warranty Management, and proper filing of related papers/documents/cards

- Train users regarding all company owned IT devices/accessories for proper use, maintenance, and cleanness of surroundings [because heat, moisture and other obstacles may hamper/affect the device performance]

Knowledge sharing with IT Team or to provide training to sub-ordinates (related to IT functions or new technology) as and when needed.(30 to 40)
