Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Chakr Innovation, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our B2B clients or direct customers. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates who are looking to start their career in sales and have a desire to excel in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, B.tech or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interest in sales and a desire to build a career in this field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM software is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
