Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting organizations
such as research agencies, consulting firms, and corporate research
departments. Formulate and enforce robust territory plans to achieve and
exceed revenue targets through strategic client acquisition and expanding
existing accounts.
2. Team Leadership & Development
Hire, and guide a high-performing team of 3-4 sales executives by conducting
rigorous strategy sessions, detailed deal reviews, and structured training
programs to strengthen consultative selling expertise. Implement and uphold
sales best practices, enforce KPI tracking systems, and deliver direct
coaching for complex deal negotiations to foster a high-impact,
results-oriented team culture.
3. Solution-Based Sales Excellence
Champion a consultative sales approach by pinpointing and addressing client
pain points, research methodologies, and technical requirements to effectively
position ResearchRoma's solutions for high-value deals.
Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and solution presentations
tailored to C-suite executives, emphasizing ROI, efficiency gains, and the
competitive advantages of our research technology platform.
4. Client Portfolio Management
Establish and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers through
consistent business reviews, strategic planning engagements, and proactive
solution optimizations to secure 90% client retention. Strategically identify and
capitalize on opportunities for account expansion through cross-selling
additional services, platform enhancements, and the introduction of new
methodologies within the client base.
5. Partnership Development
Forge and solidify strategic alliances with consulting firms, technology
partners, and industry leaders to open new revenue channels and bolster
market positioning. Collect and relay critical market intelligence to product
teams to drive platform enhancements and stay ahead of industry trends and
competitive dynamics, ensuring a leading technological edge.
