Designation: Senior Product Support Analyst

Experience : 5 to 7 yrs

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the Regulatory and Compliance domain, and possess a strong blend of functional and technical skillsets, enabling them to quickly understand and effectively communicate complex technical issues while appreciating the broader business context.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including development and testing.
Manage client support meetings, serve as a primary point of contact for clients, and provide regular updates on incident status and resolutions.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships by collaborating with client delivery managers and ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
Act as a liaison between development, testing teams, and clients to ensure smooth communication and effective issue resolution.
Provide expert functional consultancy to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the design and implementation of product solutions that meet both business and regulatory requirements.
