Support Analyst - Finance

Job Description

Job Purpose : Support the Planning team in a range of analysis and data tasks

Job Responsibilities

Variety of tasks including but not limited to the below, the role will require flexibility as these tasks evolve
Utilizing the product forecasting application to maintain and update wine forecasts
Analysis of product sales using Business Objects
Monitoring key product lines for supply challenges
Set up and maintenance of products with Microsoft AX
Support in coordinating supply of Marketing samples
Support the general Finance team:

o Sales ledger maintenance processes
o System and User Acceptance testing ahead of system transition from AX2012 to Microsoft D365
o Ad hoc accounting support
