• This position will be based in Eaton s Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (GSC CoE) in Pune.
• Person in this position will be acting as a Functional subject matter expert and lead Ariba Administration under MDM Workstream of Ariba.
• Subject matter expertise around dealing and resolving all issues related to Ariba Backend system (B&I) and queries raised by users on Ariba platform for any issues.
• Working closely with Eaton IT teams/Ariba on Ariba Master Data design and configuration implementation.
• Work on Ariba User provisioning and system access, group provisioning, all master data management. Will be leading the help desk for Eaton requestors and suppliers for any queries.
• Person will also be responsible for building organizational capabilities and capacity, strategy development, alignment, developing and deploying systems and processes aligned to strategies of CoE.
• The objective of GSC CoE, Pune is to be a strategic partner to Eaton Supply Chain enabling process excellence and resource optimization. GSC CoE is an Initiative that provides functional and value-added support across each vertical of the Supply Chain Functions for the Eaton sites across the globe with key areas of focus on standardization, consolidation, automation support and leveraging best in class available tools / techniques / processes.

Requirement:

• Any Graduate / PG
• Masters with 3-4 years / Bachelors with 5-6 years of experience in SCM processes , Master data management on Ariba , Understanding of backend ERP systems (SAP/ORACLE) Ariba Backend system (B&I) and Guided Buying platform for P2P. Experience in UAT and collaborating with multiple teams to resolve issues
• Ariba Administration - Master Data Management
• Ariba Backend system (B&I) , P2P Guided Buying platform
• Ariba buyer network account, Supplier enablement, Catalog Management
• Good knowledge on FPC (parent-to-child relationship in Ariba)
• Ariba User provisioning and system access
• Exposure to Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma would be preferred/PR to Po knowledge/Spend Analysis/project management/Analytical skills/Data Analytics
• Excellent business communication & presentation skills/ customer relationship management to work with Global, regional & local management teams across the globe. Decision Making/Problem Solving/Collaborative skills

• Act as a Subject matter expert and lead Ariba Administration under MDM Workstream of Ariba
• Subject matter expertise around dealing and resolving all issues related to Ariba Backend system (B&I) and queries raised by users on Ariba platform for any issues.
• Working closely with Eaton IT teams/Ariba on Ariba Master Data design and configuration implementation.
• Good knowledge on parent-to-child relationship in Ariba
• Work on Ariba User provisioning and system access, Manual User upload to Ariba
• Work on Group Provisioning in Ariba ( Standard/custom groups)/ User to group mapping. Manual GROUP PROVISIONING via Ariba UI
• Supplier master data Management in Ariba, Creation of common supplier
• Work on supplier ordering data, payment term updation, Purchase order print forms
• Expertise on UNSPSC to taxonomy mapping, currency conversion, unit of measure, company code, account catagory, General ledger mapping, cost center , purchasing org data management
• Expertise around data transfer from external systems to Ariba. Will be working with different users across globe and should have knowledge around roles and responsibilities for different Ariba groups
• Establish robust capability monitoring mechanism for all the critical process
• Subject matter expertise around dealing and resolving all issues related to Ariba Backend system and queries raised by users on Ariba
• Managing Ariba buyer network account
