Position: Export Head

Location: Gurgaon

Department: Sales

Experience – 10 to 20 Years

Working – 6 Days

Job Description:

  • Translate business strategy into financial impact through effective management of sales and distribution for the product lines targeted at International Markets.
  • Establish and deploy service level agreements with various consignees and distributors.
  • Responsible for negotiating contracts for sales/purchases and managing, renewing and reviewing contracts as required enabling effective trading, operations and customer/supplier relations.
  • Launching or introducing new products in the existing market.
  • Scan the environment to map customer requirement segment.
  • Review product mix from the customer's perspective and provide the Product development team with the essential inputs.
  • To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
  • Responsible for relationship management with the Key Accounts.
  • Responsible for identification of new geographies for operations.
  • To constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.
  • Ensure accurate and periodic demand planning.
  • Plan and manage the effective and necessary conversion of weights, sizes, values, and quality standards- interpretations between exporting systems and territories.
  • Manage/liaise with stock control, warehousing and distribution activities influenced by or reliant upon export activities.
  • Manage and maintain effective and lawful insurance provisions relating to export activities.
  • Retain and engage the talent employed and build a collaborative and high-performance team.
  • Develop knowledge of the cultural, business and political background of the countries, responsible for, together with an understanding of consumer tastes.

Required Experience:

  • Must have minimum 8 years of experience in international Market Sales FMCG – Middle East to New Zealand i.e. Singapore, Japan, Korae, Hongkong, Australia, Malaysia, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Yamen, New Zealand, Lebanon, Uganda, Tanzania, etc.
