Title: IT Technical Recruiter / Sr Executive -Talent Acquisition (IT)
(Experience: 5 - 10 Years)

Role & Responsibilities:
Technical Proficiency: Understand technical roles, relevant technologies, and programming languages.
Technical Assessment: Evaluate candidates' technical skills through screenings and assessments.
Tech Stack Knowledge: Familiar with various technology stacks, frameworks, and tools.
Domain Expertise: Knowledgeable in industries like Healthcare, E-Commerce, EdTech, BFSI, and Manufacturing.
Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Use metrics and analytics to enhance sourcing and improve processes.
Analytical Reporting: Proficient in hiring analytics using BI tools.
Employer Branding: Develop and execute branding strategies to attract technical talent.
Relationship Building: Establish strong connections with stakeholders to meet hiring needs effectively.
Working timing: 11 AM to 8 PM
