Collections Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and create plans to optimize revenue generation.

• Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily payment and collections reports, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of updates and progress.

• Invoice Management: Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices, along with all necessary documentation, to customers.

• Payment Tracking: Confirm that invoices are recorded in customer systems and are scheduled for payment according to agreed-upon terms and contracts.

• Customer Engagement: Regularly follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and resolve disputed claims efficiently.

• Dispute Minimization: Work closely with various departments to reduce disputes and develop processes to prevent future occurrences.

• Data Integrity: Maintain data accuracy and prepare payment pendency reports, providing actionable insights to identify and address gaps.
