About the Program

Century Ply is seeking dynamic, high-potential professionals from premier B-Schools with 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, or related fields to be part of our Future Business Leaders Program (FBLP).

This fast-track leadership program will provide exposure to high-impact, cross-functional business projects with organization-wide influence for 2-3 years. Upon successful completion, participants will be placed in strategic leadership roles in:

Business Strategy | Executive Director's Office | Business Excellence

Key Responsibilities

- Drive high-impact strategic initiatives across functions with direct business outcomes.

- Work on cross-functional projects to enhance business growth, efficiency, and innovation.

- Partner closely with senior leadership to provide insights, support decision-making, and drive organizational transformation.

- Conduct business analysis, prepare strategic reports, and assist in evaluating new opportunities related to market expansion, business analytics, and revenue optimization.

- Lead and implement data-driven decision-making to improve business operations, streamline processes, and enhance execution effectiveness.

- Drive periodic business reviews by analysing performance metrics, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring execution of key strategic priorities.

- Act as a strategic enabler by providing research-backed recommendations, monitoring industry trends, and identifying areas for process improvement and competitive advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS Delhi, MDI, etc.).

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Management / Business Consulting, or related domains

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
