Role and Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and enhancement of evidence-based behavioural interventions that address complex societal challenges.
• Assist in creating innovative tools and frameworks that bridge the gap betweentheory and practice, improving program impact and scalability.

• Undertake secondary research to uncover insights that shape strategic approaches to behavioural interventions.
• Participate in primary research, developing tools, gathering old data, and synthesising findings to inform real-world solutions.

• Develop compelling reports, presentations, and materials to communicate insights and inspire action among stakeholders.
• Transform research outcomes into practical recommendations, influencing policy and program design at multiple levels.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers and researchers, to drive innovative project execution.
• Support the localisation of interventions by ensuring accurate translations and contextual adaptations for diverse audiences.

• A degree in Behavioral Science, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in both primary and secondary research.
• Proficiency in creating high-quality reports and presentations.
• Ability to manage tight timelines and adapt to dynamic priorities.

• Interest or experience in behaviour change frameworks and program design.
• Familiarity with datavisualisationn tools and platforms like Canva or PowerPoint.
