✔ Employee Onboarding & Documentation: Manage offer letters, background verification, and induction processes for new hires.
✔ HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
✔ Payroll & Compliance: Assist in payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI), and grievance handling.
✔ Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews, feedback sessions, and training programs.
✔ Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities to boost team morale.
✔ HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
✔ Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and hiring managers for staffing needs.
Skills & Requirements:
🔹 Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
🔹 Proficiency in job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Knowledge of HRMS tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
🔹 Understanding of payroll, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
🔹 Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
