In this role, you will play a critical role in developing compelling product collateral that drives our inbound and outbound marketing efforts, supports demand generation, and empowers our sales teams in critical customer engagements, such as RFP responses and customized presentations. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with the cross functional teams and leaders in helping us bring our vision of the next generation of enterprise networking to the market.
Celona customers are global enterprises or mid-market organizations with an increasing need to support production level mission-critical applications across wireless infrastructure- especially in non-carpeted environments including (but not limited to) warehousing, logistics, oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, and other industrial environments.
You will be integral to our marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing and partnering closely with product, sales and partners.
Content Leadership and Creation: Lead the planning and creation of content that aligns with the Celona strategy for private wireless (LTE/5G) networks market.. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content resonates across all stages of the buyer s journey.
Sales Enablement : Develop persuasive sales collateral, including presentations, white papers, case studies, and RFP responses, that equip our sales team to win.
Technical Content Strategy : Craft and execute messaging and positioning strategies for our products and industry solutions, guiding them through the entire product lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, demand generation, partner, and sales teams to develop and refine content that supports our go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
Product: Engage product and engineering teams develop compelling technical content and support Go to market (GTM) initiatives.
Demand Generation : Create targeted content for every stage of the funnel, including blogs, white papers, and analyst reports, to fuel our demand generation efforts.
Partners : Drive partner engagement through the development of webinars, newsletters, and content for our partner portal.
Ideal Skillsets and Experience :
Education : Bachelor s degree in Business / Marketing / Communications / English or engineering/science majors with strong skills in technical writing.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in marketing within the wireless or networking space, with a proven track record of working on multiple products and solutions.
Technical Expertise : Strong experience in developing technical and marketing collateral, with exceptional writing skills to create compelling content across various media types, including white papers, presentations, blogs, and videos.
Campaign Support : Experience in supporting integrated campaigns, developing messaging, and crafting product and industry-specific content briefs.
Sales Collaboration : Ability to engage in strategic sales initiatives, providing customized presentations, documents, and RFP responses with agility and precision.
Data-Driven Mindset : Ability to analyze content performance metrics and adapt strategies to optimize content effectiveness.
