Develop and implement HR operational strategies, policies, and procedures to support a globally dispersed workforce.
Build and lead a high-performing global HR Operations team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
Partner with the Head of Talent (based in NY) and HR Business Partner for the Engineering Initiative (based in Bangalore).
Directly support the Go-to-Market (GTM) and RTB Initiatives as an HR Business Partner.

Employee Experience Lifecycle Management
Deliver a seamless and consistent employee experience across all touchpoints, including talent acquisition, onboarding, immigration support, performance assessment, career development, coaching, and offboarding.

Compensation Benefits
Plan and execute the annual Growth Cycle, including merit and promotion reviews, equity awards, and career road mapping.
Oversee the assignment of levels and distinction categories (Distinguished, Team, Development) as the basis for compensation decisions.
Develop and manage HR metrics and reporting to provide insights into trends, workforce planning, and operational efficiency.
Data Analytics
Optimize, integrate, and scale HR systems (HRIS, ATS, and benefits platforms).
Provide role-appropriate global compensation and market data to executive leadership and managers.
Leverage data to inform decision-making, identify improvement opportunities and support strategic HR initiatives.
Partner with IT, Finance, and other initiative leads to ensure system integrations, seamless data flow, and process alignment.
Global Compliance Risk Management
Ensure compliance with local labor and immigration laws, regulations and company policies across multiple jurisdictions in coordination with the Head of Legal.
Lead audits, reporting, and risk assessments related to HR Operations, partnering with Legal and Finance teams as necessary.
Develop scalable policies and processes aligned with global operations while respecting regional nuances.
Support SOC Type 2 and ITSEC Initiatives.
Qualifications Experience
10+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a high-growth, global organization.
Proven success scaling HR operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
