Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth flow of patients and visitors.
  
• Handle patient registration, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff members.
  
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in reception or front office role in medical services/hospital industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of IPD billing systems (desirable).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, doctors, nurses, etc.
  
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
