Position: Front Office/Billing Head
Department: Hospital Administration

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Operations:

• Supervise front office staff and ensure smooth patient registration, appointment scheduling, and query resolution.
• Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and hospitality.
• Monitor the front desk's adherence to hospital policies and protocols

Billing Management:

• Oversee accurate billing for OPD, IPD, and emergency services, ensuring compliance with hospital tariff and policies.
• Verify patient records, insurance claims, and payment processes to avoid discrepancies.
• Handle billing queries, disputes, and approvals efficiently

Team Leadership:

• Train and guide front office and billing staff on processes, systems, and customer service.
• Ensure timely allocation of work and monitor team performance

Reporting & Compliance:

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on billing collections and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and audit requirements.
