Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to patients undergoing chemotherapy treatments in the oncology department.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
  
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various nursing procedures as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient data and communicate effectively with families regarding treatment progress.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience working as a Staff Nurse (GNM) in an ICU setting.
  
• Strong knowledge of critical care, oncology, chemotherapy, and related medical practices.
  
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
  
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
