Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and lead the growth. We need someone who can:
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Maximizing new business development opportunities and increase the current business
  • Business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable the achievement of Organisations objectives.
  • Create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and the market for the segment.
  • Sales strategies, Planning, evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving all aspects of service sales functions, and processes and recognising potential opportunities.
  • Maximise all Revenue opportunities to achieve stretched monthly & annual targets as per budgets and manage sales & cash flow in a result-focused environment.
  • Effective sales presentations and closing deals with Corporates and Key B2B customers.
  • Develop new feeder markets, Identifying potential customers & business Opportunities.
  • Acquiring and developing new business accounts.
  • Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
  • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
  • Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Tracks sales data and works to meet sales goals
  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
  • Travelling for sales development across the country.
  • Various KRAs adherence as shared by management time to time on the basis of role and business need
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products/services.
  • Willingness to travel and should possess knowledge of customer base in the Electrical HT/LT , Building Utilities and Interior Projects with Corporates and Reputed Builders

  • Form strategic partnerships with industrial associations and individuals for business development
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Acting as a contact between the organization and its existing and potential clients
  • Gathering market and Customer Information
  • Working as a team member and sharing best practices with colleagues
  • Aggressive sales Marketing attitude
  • Good Interpersonal communication skills

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business or related field.
  • Min 2 -5 years experiences in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
