We are actively seeking an experienced, creative, and pragmatic Team Lead with a focus on computational geometry to join our growing team. You will lead a team which works in filed of engineering software development (CAD/CAM/CAE). You need to have strong programming skills in C++ and C#, also you should have a good understanding of overall SDLC process. You will join our development consulting team working on cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain various modules of engineering applications in C++ and C#
- Develop/ conceptualize workflows/ algorithms for engineering applications
- Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide solution to the customer
- Experience in large software systems, legacy software systems
- Explore new technologies and frameworks
- Take complete ownership of features including design, implementation, test plan, reviews
- Mentoring junior team members
RequirementsMust have:
- Min 3 years of C++ and C# developing experience, Min 4 years of experience overall experience
- Minimum Degree: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Mechanical, Production, or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of geometry, mathematics, and algorithms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good coding and best management practices
- Experience with OpenSceneGraph / OpenGL or any similar graphics library
- Hands-on experience in CAD software development/engineering application development
Soft Skills:
- Self-motivated to research new skills and technologies
- Commitment to the broader range of product development goals
- Experience of leading development projects and the mentoring of junior developers
- Experience of working in a cross functional organization with distributed teams.
- Strong communication (written and oral) and teamwork ethic within a diverse team environment.
