What you can expect from the job:

As a Product Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering products that are built using Microsoft technologies, helping organizations modernize their processes and unlock new opportunities.

• Product Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for products leveraging Microsoft technologies such as Azure, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Build deep customer empathy by gathering insights through market research, user feedback, and data analytics. Use this information to continuously evolve the product to meet customer needs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams comprising of BA, engineers, marketing teams, business leaders, etc. Align all teams around the product goals and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Execution and Delivery: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered with high quality, on time, and within scope.
• Innovation: Leverage Microsofts suite of technologies to innovate and bring new solutions to market. Identify opportunities to create differentiation and unique value using Microsoft’s tech ecosystem.
• Evangelize Microsoft Technologies: Promote the power and benefits of Microsoft technologies to customers, developers, and partners. Help guide organizations in adopting and integrating Microsoft-based solutions into their workflows.

What will help you do the job well:

Must-have skills/ characteristics

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product engineering experience, with at least 5 years focusing on products built using Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365).
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-quality products using Microsoft’s cloud platform or enterprise solutions.
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft’s technology stack, including Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Office 365, and related technologies.
• Experience defining and executing product strategy, creating roadmaps, and delivering on key business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and iterate on product features.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align multiple teams towards shared goals.
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and navigate through chaotic situations.

Other desirable skills/characteristics

• Experience in managing or launching SaaS products or solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies.
• Passion for cloud computing and emerging technologies like AI, ML, and automation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem and enterprise customer base.
• Ability to inspire and manage people from diverse background across multiple age groups to work together towards common goals.
• Willingness to travel as required – domestic/ international
• Knowledge of ISMS principles and best practices.
