What you can expect from the job
The position involves development and deployment of AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure AI services, Generative AI, and deep learning frameworks. You will play a crucial role in building and integrating AI models into our ecosystem, with a focus on delivering business value through AI-driven insights and automation.
Design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions using Azure AI services.
Work with Generative AI models and leverage Agentic AI concepts to develop intelligent applications.
Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and apply prompt engineering techniques.
Implement AI-driven data visualizations in Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI strategies.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions.
What will help you do the job well
Must-have skills/ characteristics
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
Proficiency with Azure AI services, including Azure Document Intelligence, Cognitive Services, and Copilot.
Demonstrated proficiency with Generative AI (e.g., GPT, T5) and Agentic AI concepts.
Hands-on expertise with Python and one or more deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Practical experience in fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, and in-context learning.
Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers, Langchain, or similar NLP libraries.
Hands-on experience with Power BI for AI-driven data visualization.
Familiarity with integrating AI solutions into Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Other desirable skills/characteristics
Programming skills in Python for AI and data processing is desirable.
Experience with Azure DevOps and MLOps for AI model lifecycle management is desirable.
You aspire to grow along with the team.
You are open to new ideas and think outside the box.
Knowledge of ISMS policies and best practices
Willingness to travel domestic/international
