• Lead M365 Product/ projects development.
• Design, develop, document and package Product/ custom components/solutions for SharePoint online and M365 technologies.
• Interact with clients for requirement elicitation and solution demonstration.
• Mentor the team.
• Implement SharePoint best practices
• Review solutions and source code
• Get exposure to end-to-end technologies.

What will help you do the job well

Must-have skills/ characteristics

• Hands-on experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and extensions.
• Proven experience in Product Engineering, including design, development, and Packaging.
• In-depth understanding of layered architecture (MVC).
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and PnP.
• Exposure to AI-driven development tools, such as GitHub Copilot.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
• Preferred experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and REST API.
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online solution design, development, packaging, and deployment.

Other desirable skills/characteristics

• Sound knowledge of latest technologies and trends.
• Good documentation skill.
• Good knowledge of Power Platform Desirable.
• Knowledge of ISMS principles and best practices.
• Willingness to travel domestic/international.
