Continuously follow up with online leads and potential customers via phone calls and emails. Address customer queries and provide appropriate information about our products and services. Send reminders and follow-up communications to ensure timely responses from customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion. Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customer interactions to optimize lead generation campaigns. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Application or related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office.
