We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in South East Asia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in client engagement, business development, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & CRM: Foster long-term relationships through strategic client management, ensuring seamless communication and tailored solutions.
2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and service offerings.
3. Client Development: Cultivate and penetrate existing client relationships, exploring cross-selling opportunities.
4. Client Acquisition: Prospect and engage new occupier clients, leveraging research and industry events.
5. Relationship Enhancement: Strengthen existing client relationships through consistent CRM and tailored solutions.
6. Service Integration: Cross-sell CBRE services to create sticky client relationships.
7. Market Intelligence: Conduct research and attend industry events to stay abreast of market trends.
8. Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate on regional initiatives to enhance our local business.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with occupier clients
- Knowledge of West Market
- Certification in business development, marketing, or related fields
- 3+ years of business development experience in real estate or related industries
- Proven track record in client engagement and relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and market research abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
