Facility Executive - Role will be the front face of GWS for all employees and requires to independently handle front office queries, office up-keep, facilities management and other admin related activities. Other related duties include visitor management system, managing guest relations, mail-room operations, cafeteria Operations, Event Coordination and MIS reporting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adept at managing administrative activities involving visitor management, housekeeping, Upkeep of office interiors, Stationery, Business Card Management and Mail room Management.
Act as a frontline responder for effectively monitoring the internal workplace queries and employee grievances.
Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests & foreign delegates.
Manages and performs the assigned duties with minimal supervision.
Arranging accommodation & any other assistance for relocation of employees.
Planning and preparing monthly reports required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
Understand the Organization requirements, drive high quality and efficiency in vendor deliverables.
