Designation : Company Secretary
Qualification : Any commerce graduate along with CS and LLB qualification with 2-4 years of work experience in secretarial and legal duties in medium/large international organization, preferably from Real Estate, service industry or an MNC.
*LLB is an additional advantage and not mandatory*
Competency : The candidate should possess prior experience in handling Secretarial and Legal matters. Good drafting skills and knowledge of Central and State legislations is essential. Exposure to joint venture formalities is preferable. He/She should have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines. In addition to being a team player, the candidate should possess strong analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office, good presentation and written and oral communication skills is essential.
