Job Description
- Maintaining statutory books, minutes books etc.
- Maintaining the Statutory Registers as required by the Companies Act, 2013.
- Drafting of the agenda and minutes as statutorily required under Companies Act, 2013.
- Liasoning with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
- Maintaining statutory books, minutes books etc.
- Maintaining the Statutory Registers as required by the Companies Act, 2013.
- Represent the Company when dealing with various Regulatory bodies, Government Departments & Courts.
- Ensuring Compliances of Joint Venture Companies and Group Companies.
- Annual Filing of financial statement & returns of company.
- secretarial activities & board meetings, executing investigative assignments, finalizing foreign collaboration agreement and corporate planning.
- Ensuring annual filings under the Companies Act and other such Company law compliances; assuring e-filing of returns.
- Maintaining all compliances pertaining to audit.
- Filing of Various Forms and returns.
