Engineering Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our Marketing Tech team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Application Delivery Management, .NET, Content Management, Agile Delivery, and Cloud technologies. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Experience with Sitecore and AI technologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a distributed agile team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee the development and implementation of applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Application Delivery Management, .NET, and Content Management systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing distributed agile teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with cloud technologies and global collaboration.
• Knowledge of Sitecore and AI technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
