Job Title: Design Head - Architecture & Design

Location: Tier 2 cities, Western India

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Design Head to lead our architecture and design team in delivering high-quality mixed-use, corporate office, hotel, retail mall, amusement, and convention center projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design of commercial buildings, with a proven track record of handling large-scale projects (over 3 million sqft).

Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and design team to deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of project requirements, design concepts, and industry trends

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Oversee and direct the design process from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices

Review and approve design submissions, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and company vision

Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning within the design team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

12-15 years of experience in designing and delivering mixed-use, corporate office, hotel, retail mall, amusement, and convention center projects

Proven track record of handling large-scale projects (>3 million sqft) to completion

Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, commercial building codes, and industry standards

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
