Primary Responsibilities:
- Playing the chief role of HR Business Partner for the Sales & Marketing team across PAN India.
- Managing all Strategic Management Process in terms of Recruitment, Employee Retention, Rewards & Compensation, OD Interventions, Corporate Policy, Change Management, Training & Development & so on for
- Interfacing with Management for devising and implementing HR Policies & Procedures in line with core organizational vision & objectives.
- Design & Deployed Cross functional appraisal and sales academy program for succession planning by facilitating assessment & Development center using IADD Model
- Managing recruitment for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements and driving Regional Teams on 100% capacitation as per the approved budget
- Planning & enacting improvements to align culture and processes with the organization's strategy, vision, mission and objectives
- Managing employee life-cycle for building best talent right from new employee On-boarding phase
- Empowering employees to voice their opinions / grievances on a common platform as well as arriving at productive agreements as management representative
- Partnering with various platforms/channels to conduct job evaluation and salary benchmarking studies; analyzing data and providing reward information to the business to aid decision-making
- Measure and drive productivity through identification & evaluation of roles/processes/activities, and automating frequently performed jobs
- Managing employee engagement initiatives and effective employee communication channel across division; resolving employee grievance and initiating disciplinary actions
- Planning & executing transparent & effective performance management process across division
- Ensuring timely execution of entire Appraisal Process across level, tabulation & data capture in bell curve, coordinating constructive feedback and developing Career Development Plans for employees
- Designing HR and operations Dashboard with necessary data analysis and taking corrective & preventive actions, if any
- Handling Regional HRBPs to ensure alignment and support across regions.
