Senior Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive sales growth.
  
• Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase software solutions to potential clients.
  
• Develop strong relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell products/services.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the SaaS landscape.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product) to develop effective sales strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (SaaS Sales, Software Sales).
  
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management).
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets consistently over time.
  
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to leverage data analytics for informed decision-making.
