i.Drive business plan of organisation for BBG segment
ii. Manage sales team to build SME portfolio
iii. Manage relation with stakeholders like Credit, Operations etc to ensure smooth loan processing and onboarding journey.

Experience Range : 12 to 15 Years
Qualifications :
Graduate (Any Specialisation)
Post Graduate (Any Specialisation)
i.Build and manage topline and bottom line of SME business in respective region.
ii Specific responsibility to garner non-interest revenue including processing fee and trade & forex income.
iii Build and manage team including RMs, PMs
iv Drive business plan and strategy for growth in BBG segment across Regions.
v Build and manage trade finance business franchise.
vi Develop and enhance channel sales and support functions
vii Manage compliance related aspects like covenant monitoring, audit compliances etc
viii Manage health of portfolio with close control of SMA and NPA.
ix Engage with credit and operations, risk management, IT, Compliance etc to carry out various processes to service customer
x Establish team performance matrix, expectation and regularly review performance.
xi Mentor and guide team to bring frontline resources up to the productivity curve.
xii Manage cross sell of LAP and other products like Insurance etc.
xiii Increase penetration of self-funding book.
