Was joined on march 18 2024, till now am not getting my salary properly .Bank behaviour and culture is not satisfactory.There is no product to sale but pressure is high.Not recommended to join

There is nothing to be like about working in Bank

Dislikes

Work pressure is high and job roles they are offering is totally different when you actually get started the works. Senior management is totally in ignorant state for work pressure. HR is least bothered to hire as per market standards(lowest salaries are getting offered)even though there is huge gap in manpower requirement.

Everything, they treat employee like garbage, they don't have updated system they still leaving in 19th century no upgradation no employee benefit in terms of loan insurance anything no incentives, waste of time for career

They always ask employees to work on all the holidays even 2nd & 4th Saturdays and government holidays... Having concall till 9.30 to 10 pm... You cnt care your family and health

No proper infrastructure, horrible work culture, bank software & applications were not updated, net banking, mobile banking, QR code scanner will not work properly, Product Policy & process were not customer friendly, low level employee satisfaction, so that lot of employees have resigned. Still wondering how the RBI was permitting to operate as a bank, even a NBFC was much more better than this bank....Read More

What I like about CSB is that there is nothing good

Dislike is a very small word, worst worst worst place to work, TL hai waha Neha usko logo ki chatna pasand hai woh tumhe agar pasand karegi toh phir tum easily survive karoge but agar woh tumharr against hai toh phir kitna bhi kam karlo koi notice nahi karega. Just because of Neha uske team ke saare log resign kar rahe hai.

First your HR team and after that CSB supervisor politics, I have bad experience with CSB bank.....I m not gonna suggest anyone in future to join CSB bank 👍 I had one suggestion for you, don't play with your employees , and please make transperency with HR policy and don't give authority to supervisor to do politics after resign 😕

Nothing to like here. If you not getting hired from any of the companies or all doors are closed then join CSB. A completely visionless management only believe in handsome talk and grilling the juniors employees.

Senior management approach. Highly biased people. No security of job , worst appraisal in industry. Toxic environment.
