Junior Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Action queues as assigned
• Handle simple dupe booking cancelations
• Handle all assigned tasks accurately based on given procedures.
• To adhere to the set procedures and guidelines
• To provide high service level, eliminate backlog/errors and focus on quality
• To maintain required productivity
• To maintain the SLA and quality
• Update oneself with job knowledge and new procedures
• Maintain accurate time sheet on daily basis

Qualifications / Experience

• Graduate with minimum 0 - 3 years Airline experience
• IATA certification
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain quality
