Design Engineer

Requirements
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, product design, or relevant field.
1-3 years of industry experience.
Proficient in Solid edge design software.
Good knowledge of GD&T.
Good knowledge of machining process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Accurate and strong attention to detail.
Good Excel and MS Office knowledge.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Knowledge regards to PDM.
Responsibilities
Identify solutions to improve production efficiency.
Use design software to develop models and drawings of new products.
Maintain existing engineering records and designs.
Assess all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks.
Supervise the manufacturing process of all designs.
Coordinate with other engineers, management.
Research new product ideas and methods.
Improve existing products and processes.
Maintain accurate records.
Find creative design solutions to problems.
