Quality Engineer / Team Leader / Supervisor

1. Monitoring the shift deployment resources plan vs actual, If any gap observed plan for contingency actions.

2. To train all next leave associates/ New associates as per the requirement.

3. Allocating the associates as per the work priority and monitoring their output.

4. Preparing the shift inspection reports and circuating with customer/PL.

5. Conducting the shift- startup meeting along with the Quality inspectors.

6. Review on non-conformance parts with client for the final disposition.

7. Defect Analyze Internal issues (Defect skips by QI)

8. Dock , LPA, 5S audits of QI inspected parts.

9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.(7 QC Tool)

10. Deep understanding of Quality standards; inspection reports;Quality Plan.

11. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PPT to prepare reports.

12.Experience in Final And Process of machining parts
