Junior Finance

1. Posting of Accounting Entries related to Purchase, Employee Payments, Travel Claim Settlement and other day to day expenses, considering good knowledge of TDS and GST applicability.
2. Month End activity like provisional entries, (JV entries)
3. Appropriate Input Tax Credit on Inputs, Capital goods and Input Services may be availed as per Central / State GST Act.
4. Monthly TDS computation & payment related to Employee.
5. Support on quarterly TDS Return and keeping correct record/for the TDS return activity
6. Supplier Master & Customer master data checking and in case creation.
7. Data maintenance & GST working on monthly basis on GSTR 1, GST3B, ITC04 and coordinate with consultant for return submission
8. Various bank payments & BRS
9. Issue debit/Credit note
10. Support on non moving inventory management.
11. Control & Maintain AP & AR ageing & Support on AR follow up
12. Assist in yearly Audit
13. Other ad hoc activities as per management requirement Obligated to apply procedures, law, QMS (ISO), ICS, ethic standards and KOMAX Code of Conduct, work health and wellbeing items etc.
14. Support the team to improve competences, performance, knowledge sharing and cooperation.
15. Responsible to participate in the differrent projects etc. which are assigned by the Manager.

Education
BCom/ MCom/ MBA

Work experience
Min. 2-5 years (at least 1 - 2 years experience in MNC)

Skills: Debit Note, Credit Note, Audits, GST Return file, Receivable and Payable, Advance Excel
