4. Must have done NAPs & NATs requirement.
HR Generalist JD:
1. Employee Onboarding -Ensuring and verification of new employee joining process completed on time.
2. Attendance Management - To update new employees details and monthly attendance details to the Head-HR for the payroll processing.
3. Follow up for On-time deployment for New/Existing projects .
4. Ensuring the completion of Statutory compliance (If any) on monthly basis.
