Quality Supervisor

Job SUmmary

Ensures the assembly phase meets rigorous quality standards, optimizing product reliability and performance, and aligning with organizational objectives and industry benchmarks.

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensures that all products of the company meet consistent standards
2. Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of
products and services
3. Assessing and reviewing all materials provided by suppliers to ensure overall quality
4. Investigating root causes of defects and recommending solutions for quality issues
5. Onboarding and training new quality control team members
5. Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national
standards
6. Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
7. Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports
8. Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to
implement them
9. Improve reliability of new product development processes
10.Meets financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budgets, and
scheduling expenditures
11. Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate
12. Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of
responsibility
13. Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety & environmental
policies and procedures to ensure the safety & wellbeing of staff and visitors
14.Monitor the process capabilities for all SC/CC parameters and work out for variation
reduction to improve the capability. Identification of SC/CC based on FMEA/IATF/Customer
specific requirements
15. Preparation of the control plan based on FMEA , specifications, CSR
16. Monitoring the Poka-yoke's working condition and identifying of new poka-yokes for
continuous improvement

Nature of Experience Needed for the Position

Proficiency in using quality control tools, statistical analysis, and process optimization techniques Experience on customer complaints handling Experience on QMS audits handling Good knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification audits

Skills / Competencies Needed for the Position

Knowledge on APQP, PPAP, FMEA ,Control Plan

Knowledge on MSA Studies

Knowledge on Statistical Tools
