Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in food technology and process management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance in manufacturing processes and leading operational excellence in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and conduct water treatment processes and analysis to ensure optimal quality.
• Manage and monitor the syrup manufacturing process through online analysis to maintain product standards.
• Implement and maintain Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols.
• Drive Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) implementation and instill adherence among team members.
• Prepare and maintain records and documentation in compliance with ISO standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities, including experience with High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
• Adaptability and agility in managing dynamic work environments.
• Effective leadership and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc - Food Technology or related field.
• Prior experience with HACCP, GMP, and ISO documentation is a plus.
