QA/QC Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Checking Certificate of analysis as per the reference analysis report and pharmacopeia for the purpose of shipment; Co-ordinate with Makers & Factories.
• Preparing Certificate of analysis as per Makers analysis report for the purpose of shipment
• To resolve customers quality related queries with effective of shipments. Back support for Marketing & Export team.
• Checking of Documents Files of APIs & get it in order as per the overseas customers requirements from the respective manufacturers
• Handling rejections or quality issues of APIs & get it resolved from respective manufacturers.
• Sending samples of API’s & pellets for the Development of Products internationally.
• Preparation & Verification of Certificate of Analysis so as to meet customer’s need for the purpose of shipments (Trading & Manufacturing).
• To check & provide the all the quality related documents of API’s as per customer’s requirement for the New development & registration of the product in various countries.
• Courier sample to international customer & follow up with the maker on sample.
