HR Officer

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to select qualified individuals for open positions.
Coordinate the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Handle disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in accordance with company policies.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Performance Management:
Establish performance expectations and goals for employees.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Assist in identifying training and development needs.
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
HR Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare reports and analyses on HR metrics.

Education: MBA HR
Experience: Minimum Experience of 4 years payroll, compliance activities
