Job Description Job Purpose Intercontinental Exchange is seeking a motivated, results oriented Engineer to be part of a global team responsible for supporting and advancing our global corporate IT server environment. The architecture group manages services used by all employees in the organization. The ideal candidate is someone that has experience working in a fast-paced high-pressure environment and is highly technical with great troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of server infrastructure. Respond to and assist in production operations in a 24/7 environment. Participate in an On-Call rotation for after hours and weekend support. Educate and mentor members of other groups that we work closely with like EUC Stays up to date with the technologies we support and how we can leverage new features to solve business needs. Knowledge & Experience 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Certificate Authority 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Managing and troubleshooting issues with Windows Server 2016, 2019, etc 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Azure AD, Conditional Access Policies, Azure AD Connect 3-5 years of experience integrating SAML/OIDC applications with Azure AD, Okta, or similar service Experience with VMware vCenter to manage windows virtual machines. Experience with Office 365 services Scripting skills with PowerShell is a Plus Experience with RSA Authentication manager or RSA Cloud Experience with CyberArk for Privilege Access Management Experience with Quest tools like Active Roles Server, Change Auditor and Password Manager Schedule This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 1 day per week.
