Summary:

The role requires to lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the Forward and reverse logistics operations using Cashifys own fleet in 35+cities and 3rd party logistics to ensure the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods from manufacturing or distribution centers to the end customer and from customer to our manufacturing center with over 40+ test at doorstep. This role will involve optimizing supply chain processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forward Logistics Strategy & Planning: Develop and optimize forward logistics strategy to ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods. Analyze logistics performance to identify and drive improvements.
• Reverse Logistics Strategy and Planning: Develop and optimize forward logistics strategy to ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods.
• Exchange services: To facilitate forward and reverse logistics at same time for mobiles, laptops, smartwatch and tablet.
• Cashify Fleet management: To handle 35+cities and 400+ field executives PAN India. Monitoring pickup quality, pickup accuracy, reach doorstep, pickup completion, fraud management.
• Transportation & Distribution: Manage transportation operations, including vendor relationships and contract negotiations. Optimize delivery schedules to reduce lead times and costs.
• Process Improvement & Cost Control: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies. Implement new technologies and systems to enhance logistics performance.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant logistics and safety regulations. Identify and mitigate logistics risks.
• Customer Satisfaction: Align logistics operations with customer delivery expectations, address and resolve customer logistics-related issues promptly.

Experience:

✔ At least 7-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.

✔ Proven experience in managing forward , reverse and exchange logistics operations, including

transportation and distribution management.

✔ Experience of field executive management

✔ Demonstrated experience in leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills:

• Proven experience in trade-in transactions or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel & Powerpoint.
