RM/ Relationship Manager-

1. Onboarding a new partner where ever is required- initial followup/ document verification/
account creation/ training/ wallet and commission deposit followup/ assigning cluster and
product category.

2. End to end followup of lead in his assigned territory- Assigning lead/ On-time
pickup/escalation/after completion escalation and customer complains.

3. Works on pricing for existing product category and new product categories.

4. Solving partners concerns, query and complaints.

5. Monitoring of existing partners performance.

6. Day to day followup for in progress lead reports and, keeping an eye on re-quote reasons.

7. Escalation management.

8. Creating financial entries on portal.

9. Partner refunds of requote and failed leads wallet and commission.

10 solving partners transaction-related query.

11 partner closure.
