Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for clearance of Tractors from EOL testing as per the takt time.

Carrying out analysis counteraction for quality issues at EOL testing Initiate Counteractions for defect free supply to customers.

Ensure proper communication of the customer voice to the personnel inside the plant through Q-Alerts.

Monitor and track the quality indicators on daily/monthly basis: EOL-ADPU, Top issues root causing and actions, 3rd party inspection status

Analysis of DAR/PDI defects and driving closure of same with the attribution as per 4M1D.

Coordination with plant team for action implementation

Work with CFT / drive for the implementation of robust / technical solutions for field complaint and critical In-process defects.

Conducting quality meeting with Process quality team on current status of EOL issues.

To make the Quality MIS on daily/ Weekly/Monthly basis.

Special inspection of NAFTA/Export units.

Action implementation for leakage free tractor.

Key Performance Indicators :

No loss at OKTS/ Tractor testing because of Quality Issue.
OKTS/ Tactor testing Inventory Optimization.
ADPU and OKOL monitoring as per target.
NAFTA issues monitoring.
VOC monitoring based on customer feedback.

Major Challenges:

Good Analytical Skills and understanding on OKTS Planning CNH Business System Methodology for Quality.

Work Relationship :

Internal

Production (After paint, Before paint, Paint Drive line, Engine), Part Quality, Warehouse, SQE, ME and Marketing.

External

DAR/PDI

Qualifications/Skills

Education/Qualifications: Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical

Essential experience and skills: 6-12 yrs
